Wispy was first licensed and practiced in the busy Toronto market over 20 years ago. Following a break to start her family and indulge in entrepreneurial ventures, she moved her family to Collingwood in 2009 where she returned to the real estate world.

Wispy has a strong background in business and negotiation, married with her love of interior design, renovating and flipping her own properties, designing restaurants and home interiors.

Knowing the area very well and all the transitions of reallocating and lifestyle changes, Wispy proves to be an all encompassing support. She enjoys not only selling houses and design, but also helping clients find schools and services that come with the challenges of relocating or of having part time seasonal properties.

With plenty of business and personal experience in a variety of properties from waterfront to in town residential and large rural properties, Wispy can help navigate unknown purchases and sales from a range of zoning, township, legal, building, renovations and moving logistics.

More recently, Wispy has transferred her love of design into staging. With a catalogue of furniture and accessories, her passion extends to helping her clients bring their homes to the market at their very finest.
