Ian Smith

Ian moved to The Blue Mountains in 2017. He studied Business at Dalhousie University and Interior Design at Sheridan College. Upon graduation he worked as an agent with DTZ Barnicke Toronto in the office leasing department, with a focus on tenant representation. The commercial sector helped to build his research and negotiating skills. Transitioning to the residential sector with the Forest Hill brand has allowed Ian to bring a unique skill set to his clients and as a self professed ￢ﾀﾜnumbers guy￢ﾀﾝ Ian loves to provide his clients with a litany of information regarding their upcoming transactions.
