Ashley has almost a decade of experience in Real Estate, starting off her career as an assistant to a high performing REALTOR® learning all the ins and outs of the industry very early on. That role, and the passion she developed with it, inevitably led her to becoming a licensed REALTOR® herself, and she has been thriving ever since. Before branching out on her own, she partnered with other agents and advisors to fully diversify her skill set, gaining knowledge in pre-construction, home renovation, the art of flipping homes, and of course all areas of residential Real Estate to name a few.

Through years of dedication, challenges, and high rewards, Ashley has fine-tuned her business to achieve the highest success rate for her clients, as well as herself. What makes Ashley an absolute asset in this industry, alongside the aforementioned qualities, is her knack for design and seeing the potential in any space. Anyone can sell you somebody’s home, but very few can sell you your* new home. The difference is something very often overlooked, but very much appreciated by Ashley’s clients.

Ashley recognizes the commitment and great expense that comes with purchasing property, whether you are a first time homebuyer or veteran homeowner, and will be amongst the few who will personally and properly comb through listings to find you your perfect home to match your wish list. Her dedication is very evident upon meeting her for the first time, her personality and energy will bring you instant comfort in using her as your agent, and knowing that you are in the right hands.

My life's passion is creating experiences that offer the opportunity to bring peace of mind to others.

I grew up in Whitby, Ontario, and spent every winter weekend at my family's cottage in Eugenia. I worked as a Ski Instructor at Blue Mountain for 5 winters, teaching children ranging from 2 to 12 years old.

During my time at university, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Following that, I obtained my Yoga Teaching certification and began sharing my love of yoga by teaching at studios in Kitchener-Waterloo and Collingwood.

I purchased my first property at the age of 24 and immediately decided that I wanted to help others have an enjoyable experience in their own real estate adventure. While working toward obtaining my real estate license, I gained experience working for several property management companies. Once I obtained my license, I mentored closely with a teammate, learning the intricacies of managing both the behind-the-scenes and client-facing aspects of this business and lifestyle. To this day, we continue to work at the same Brokerage, ensuring that each of our businesses runs as seamlessly as possible.

When assisting my clients in their real estate endeavors, I pay extra attention to ensure it's a positive and stress-free experience. I am committed to helping turn peoples dreams into reality!

MY EXPERIENCE

At the age of 19, I began asking my parents friends what their 'biggest regrets' were -- and many of them said they wished they had invested in Real Estate sooner -- as they underestimated the relationship between 'time' and 'Real Estate'. I found myself purchasing Real Estate books and reading anything I could get my hands on. At the age of 21, I purchased my first investment property. By the age of 30, I had 6 properties with 13 units total in Kitchener-Waterloo. I realized my journey towards financial freedom was something I wanted to share with others, so I became a REALTOR®.

MY APPROACH

I've been buying and selling Real Estate in Ontario for over 10 years. I've made mistakes and learned valuable lessons -- and it’s rewarding to guide others through these obstacles.  If you work with me, what you can expect is someone who not only shows up day in and day out with insight, honesty and genuine care -- but someone who has vast first-hand knowledge of the Real Estate world in Ontario. I always put my clients first, and I can guarantee you nobody will work harder for you than I will.

MY DIFFERENCE

Communication- Real Estate can be a stressful endeavour -- the last thing you want is lack of communication. I ensure that I am educating, communicating, and being responsive to my clients every step of the way.

Community Connections - Being involved in this community my entire life has allowed me to meet a vast amount of people from all walks of life. I leverage these connections for my clients to ensure they know who to contact, for the right price, for the right quality of work -- no matter the job.

Honesty - Whether purchasing your family home or building your real estate empire, you’ll need someone who shoots you straight and keeps things honest. I believe having an honest relationship on day 1 is the key to a successful relationship. I pride myself on always being honest and truthful when working with my clients

Ian moved to The Blue Mountains in 2017. He studied Business at Dalhousie University and Interior Design at Sheridan College. Upon graduation he worked as an agent with DTZ Barnicke Toronto in the office leasing department, with a focus on tenant representation. The commercial sector helped to build his research and negotiating skills. Transitioning to the residential sector with the Forest Hill brand has allowed Ian to bring a unique skill set to his clients and as a self professed “numbers guy” Ian loves to provide his clients with a litany of information regarding their upcoming transactions.

Having grown up in Simcoe County, Ian, along with his wife and two children, moved back to the area to enjoy many of the unique outdoor activities. An avid golfer and skier, Ian can often be found outside, enjoying the beautiful Blue Mountains area with his family.

My early passion for real estate began in the Residential sector and I still love the moment when clients find "the one" or the "Sold" sticker goes on the sign. I was a part of their story and that means something to me.  I will always service residential real estate along with my specialty in Tourism/Commercial Properties.

With over thirty years in the industry, the ticket to being really good at my job is Industry knowledge, education and hands on experience. I offer you as a client the knowledge  and expertise you deserve.

My career in real estate began years ago when I was living in Thornhill, ON working as a Sales Representative for a boutique commercial brokerage focusing on commercial condominium sales and leasing.  My next step I found myself moving into the heart of downtown Toronto working my way into one of Canada’s largest wealth management groups as an Investment Advisor right above the TSX in the Exchange Tower.

After the better part of a decade, my entrepreneurial spirt began to call and was presented with a unique role from one of the worlds largest wine & spirits distribution company, and launched a new career as their Global Educator & Ambassador, Luxury Portfolio.  As this new venture grew, and the scope of work took me from provincial, to national, and then global.  The need to be situated in Toronto became less important, and a new role became an even greater focus for me and that was becoming a new father and fully enjoying this new adventure.  So the decision to make the move to The Blue Mountains came easy.  With family already in the area, great schools, outdoor “everything”, and an ever growing culinary scene, in the spring of 2018, off we went.

Continuing my entrepreneurial spirit, I along with my partner opened a small business, which we still operate and I retain my interest as Co-Owner of The Bivalve Oyster & Libation Co.  I have found it to be an amazing way to connect with the community and visitors to the area.

Returning to trade in real estate is something that’s been planned for some time, and I’m looking forward to sharing my experiences and insights from the area to friends and new clients alike.  Excited for this new journey.

Rory currently lives in Thornbury, ON with his family of three, Lauren, Chloe & Bruno the dog.

I’m Susan, real estate broker turned team manager and brand developer. I’ve traded real estate

for 13 years in Toronto as a founding member and top female broker of Canada’s largest condo

real estate website and tech company, Condos.ca & Property.ca. Watching the team grow from

6 to 250+ agents my position evolved from a salesperson to sales manager helping agents

maximize and perfect their business while learning killer negotiation skills. My specialty is

connecting with clients on a personal level to elevate their lifestyle while building wealth

through real estate investing. Coming from a background in the fashion and travel industries -

design and creativity have always been an integral part of my real estate business. Presenting

properties in their best light through a curated aesthetic, editorial style photography and

captivating marketing is what I do best.

Being drawn out of the city to the mountains and lake life has brought me back to my roots in

the Collingwood, Blue Mountain and Wasaga Beach area. After many years in the bustling city, I

craved a more relationship based environment where I could help my clients build their dream

lifestyle while also expanding their real estate portfolio. Wanting to combine my love of the

Georgian Bay area with my expertise in real estate on a client focused team is how I landed with

Forest Hill Collingwood. I am thrilled to be a part of a community that is so focused on work life

balance, allowing me to thrive in the outdoors while serving my clients best.
